I wonder why this is marked as complete? Definitely 10 volumes out.

Because it's licensed, and many people don't want to upload licensed stuff, so they play safe by saying it's completed. If someone else wants to upload the rest, they can easily do so.

Nah, it's been licensed for years, and they just changed it. I own the other volumes, and I wouldn't upload them myself, but it's odd they added volume 8 and marked it as complete.
