Its a shoujo manga where the girl & teacher are secretly married. The teacher is secretly a model & hides that fact with his glasses when he's a teacher.
The girl is A high school student & one of her friends finds out.
Somewhere along the line there's angst & discouragement. Their wedding photo gets flown to a swimming pool & she tries to save it
Really cliched plot, but I read it years ago & can't for the life of me remember the name.
