I thought that we were all human beings, but the way this world is divided into "groups" is not helping to erase all the hate people have from things that happened long ago and and having different "races" is not helping... Every time it's blacks vs whites vs Caucasians vs Japanese vs Mexicans vs whatever... I thought that we were just one race human race... Some people might think one is worst than the other because emphasis is put on them, and who knows they might not be the best but there is good where there is evil. Even though I'm no one to say since I'm just from the "Hispanic race"
Im so freaking happy, never though I would live to see the day where one of the main characters has African ethnicity in their DNA. Usually there the bully or murderer or side character with negative side to them. The closest I've seen to dark skin characters are tan addicted characters or outdoorsy characters. Im just happy to see someone has an open mind enough to make a beautiful/strong minded/and smart Character with an ethnicity thats not Caucasian, Japanese, or Korean. I will follow this author because he/she (might be a pen name to hide Identity) is smart enough to show in her/his work that other races exist on this planet other than those three. Good work!!! Im proud.
