I know it is cliche, but I have been in healthcare field for awhile now, and most of my stage 3-4 patients who almost get into palliative care show faster declining health when they have no more will to live whilst those who are always positive and fight on, they managed to live beyond the doctors expectant. I want him to put his trust on doctor ai to help him, and work things out. Go to the treatments and eat the medicines. But i've read the novel and thats not how this story goes.. So imma go cry naw
