Help?

I am looking for a manga i read a long time ago and its about this guy who arrives at a group of very naive people and he basically takes over. By takes over i mean he kills those who plot against him and has sex with a lot of the women in the group. Its a really twisted story and it is really bothering me that I can not for the life of me remember the name. Im pretty sure it takes place in a jungle or on an island because i remember everyone wore strange jungleish clothes. The cover had maybe a picture of the mc sitting on a throne but im not sure. I think the mc is from a different world or something i dont remember. If you all could help me out that would be awesome.
