It’s no suprise to me he still answers his calls. That’s the biggest problem with abusive relationships, the person who’s getting verbally, physically abused eventually broke down and can’t get away from those piece of shit partners. They no longer have self esteem, most of the time they are scared and anxious. And usually people who get abused, even before their relationship, are having hard times, it’s same with Miya. From the start, he was already a person who needed help, he felt abnormal and felt quilty. He says sorry for being gay and abused for ffs. I had a friend who started to date an abusive guy but after a short while my friend said “only dates you should have is with a therapist” but for people like Miya it’s more complicated.
