What I said was,
It doesn’t mean they have a future together, it probably means the exact opposite, in fact– the climax of their relationship, a clean closure to their story by announcing about addressing the subject of their relationship finally now.
And it’s not like the author would give the ending away with a cover. It only means that it’s the relationship of those two which will be the chapter to address now. And this is done commonly in manga. And I think it’s leaning in Haruki’s favour, or at least towards a break away from Ugetsu.
I agree that this doesn't necessarily means that they will be together, but way the author would put a B character on the cover? (At least, for me violin guy is a B character.) Maybe he will be more developed? Don't know, but they look HOOOOT AF on that cover!!!!
I mean she could have drawn Uenoyama and Mafuyu but no she didn't, yeah we're all know the author would give the ending away with a cover, but after Aki confessed to Haru? This cover is really killing Haru's fans

I don’t hate Uge either, but the thing between him and Aki now is too unhealthy. Aki will surely end up with Haru, but yeah the author really likes Uge so she still draw stuffs about AkiUge now and then. The latest extras even included two 4-koma of them when they were younger
Have you guys seen the cover that the author drew for PASH magazine? Idk I'm confused it feels so pointless supporting Haruki if the author doesn't feel the same I'm all for Haruki so it hurts badly to see that cover, i love and appreciate her work but it really hurts this time. I don't hate Ugetsu, i feel sorry and bad for him because of everything, deep down he doesn't want to let Akihiko go but it's time to let go since everyone is suffocating.

Akihiko confessed to Haruki but i still can't get the thought that the author wants Ugetsu and Akihiko ended up together out of my mind. I thought that's things are over now but after seeing the cover i felt so bad :(
