I'd like to think of it as him simply "going out" as in hanging out with her, but really, it's pretty annoying to see it this way. Does that mean every girl who likes him and doesn't give up gets the special priviledge of going out with him for at least 5 days and if they're sneaky enough, they can steal a kiss and be called "admirable"? No, it's low. You know the guy's dating someone, and he should steel himself up and not give her any chance. At all. Some self-entitled people who think they've got the worst in the world have the potential to ruin not only themselves, but the people around them. The least she could do is accept that he and her are not a possibility, and maybe "seek someone I deserve" if that makes her feel better.
