Number 1 is Uke and Seme work at the same company. I think Seme teases Uke and calls him a name like monkey. Uke finds Seme moonlighting at a bar and tries to blackmail him. Uke suffered trauma in the past and Seme has sex with him telling him to look at him so he's in the present and not recalling the past.
Number 2 is more to do with side character rather than main character. The side character is MC's half brother I think. Their father brought him into the family as a teenager (I think)but then sexually abused him. The SC become their fathers secretary, and when the father died, he backs me his half brothers secretary. The story progresses with the MC and his squeeze, but it finds with an older business man who's wife had died coming over to Japan. SC takes the older man out sightseeing, and the older man falls in love with him and wants him to come back to America with him. SC refuses, he has his job to do. SC goes back to do his job and MC tells him that it's time to do what he wants. SC goes to the airport and is just in time to catch the plane with the older man.
