I read some webtoon (I think) about this girl who had a pitiful life. A lady kills herself by jumping off a building, but she also ends up killing the girl as she was walking by.
It is kinda like reincarnation? I don't remember the details. If anyone could help me find it that would be nice.
I don't remember the rest, but I think she has 'capture targets' and has to get guys to fall in love with her for some weird reason. But I could be confusing this with another title. I 100% remember her dying because the lady jumped off a building though.
