Hello! Do you by chance know this manga?

Hello! Hope everyone is having a good day! I was wondering if by any chance anyone knew the name of a manga I read a few months ago but don't remember the name of it. I’m pretty sure it was an omegaverse, the omega and the alpha had sex and then something happened where they lost touch. A few years later turns out the omega got pregnant and gave birth to his kid without the knowledge of the alpha. The omega and alpha reconnect, and I think there was a misunderstanding where the alpha thought his kid was the kid of one of the omegas friend or something? Until he saw the kid face and realized that it was his or something like that. I don’t really remember sorry T^T anyways I hope this is enough details plz help!!
