I’ve been trying to find this manga for a pretty long time. I already posted a comment a while ago but it didn’t get a response so Im doing it again. It’s about this uke that has almost never stepped out of the outside world because his parents didn’t let him for a certain reason (don’t remember ;-;) anyways, they grant him a wish for his birthday I’m pretty sure to enroll into a school for a short while and make friends. He meets this seme later on and becomes friends with him (he also owns a store and is running it) that’s all I remember if anyone could find it I’d appreciate it!
