I know people are all MC is dumb, and I agree, but Nan is worse. Like c'mon, explain. Why is it better for her not to know? I think her being kissed by what I can only assume is an incubus kinda have clued her in on Nan being dangerous. If anything, her knowing would help her be more careful in the future, and they can work together on knowing how to deal with Dan (Dark Nan) in the future . Magic contracts exist, write one up that makes you share life energy or something like that, then Dan can't hurt her without either hurting himself or just giving her her own life force.
