Leave, thot. (゚ω゚)
I hope one day you'll look back at this post you've made and think how stupid you were back then for even thinking the manhwa was ruined by just a single misunderstanding.
Right? Welcome to being human. Healthy relationships are about two people negotiating their differences, making a mess (misunderstanding one another), and then doing the work to figure it out together in a way that ensures that each partner becomes strong for the whole. To think otherwise is emotionally immature or, you know, peeps so jaded by the common fast-paced trope that they have no frustration tolerance lol.
I’m not angry, so please don’t read this with an angry tone XD
I'm not bothered by the fact that he misunderstood, this happens in a lot of manga/manhwa ect. I'm used to it. I'm bothered by the fact that his misunderstanding is growing every chapter more, he is fixated on one thought (that the other is sleeping with whomever's crossing his sight) and doesn't listen to the other anymore. You're right, a relationship is based on communication, misunderstandings, quarrels and reconciliations, or, to use your words, “two people nagotiating their differences” but the thing is communication at this point is impossible. Why? Because Muyoung is pushing away the guy, he’s rejecting him, he doesn’t listen to him anymore. He even said that he’s in a relationship with the glasses-guy (I don’t remember his name) and then slept with the blonde-guy anyway. I don’t know you but I really don’t like betrayals. Even if it wasn’t a real betrayal, from the point of view of the blonde-guy it was. If before the blonde-guy wanted to confess his feelings to him, now he can’t even do that, “I” wouldn’t do that. In real life they would really need a miracle to conciliate ahaha
I’m sorry if after all this rant you maybe still don’t understand my point, I wanted to explain more but I don’t have time now, I have to go out. Also, sorry for English mistakes, I’m not a native speaker.
No, I think it's great that you've taken time to draw out your point. I mean, I know this isn't classy literature, but I enjoy seeing peoples' responses to the emotional content in them. If they do that, then on some level they're working, right? I also appreciate people maturely discussing their thoughts - so thanks for replying. In many ways, you're right, communication has been jilted due to the many misunderstandings and defensive assumptions made by Muyoung, as he tries to cope with overwhelming feelings that trigger his past trauma. The closer his feelings are for the blond, the worse he copes. I agree with the betrayal part - that seemed uncomfortable for me, as well, but again - perhaps because we have the gift of being the omniscient 3rd party - I feel some empathy for Muyoung. His behavior is 100% a maladaptive strategy to keep his trauma at bay; I can understand his poor choices even if I don't *agree* with them. The blond, well, he's also being myopic and not thinking clearly about his choices (since sleeping with someone who he believes is partnered in not the best choice; it's just plain impulsive). I imagine he's panicking with this new found revelation that he is 'in love' after such a long periods of abstinence (hence the myopic behavior and unwise decision-making). I guess what I'm saying is that I understand their behavior and think that if they were to come clean to one another they could put out all of their obstacles on the table to address together. Muyoung - 100% - needs therapy to cope with his trauma and to ensure that he can be emotionally available to himself, which is the base for a healthy (future) partnership. I suppose this is where the 'work' comes in - if it's all out on the table they could figure out how to untangle this mess together. Will that actually happen in this story? Weeeeell, that remains to be seen. Most stories skip all the tough stuff and smooth it over with romantic love and hot sex, not real work, lol.
PS. If you're really not a native english speak, then BOOM, your english is fantastic ;) No need to worry.

It was so good at the beginning ughhhh
P.S. y'all misunderstood my comment a little
