so essentially sakuma has an intense inferiority complex due to his past trauma from bullying. he does a 180 and tries to become a different person he can be proud but still has his inferiority complex-- once he meets tsukasa, the feeling of sexually dominating tsukasa (a reminder of his old self that he hated) gives him the feeling of superiority he's always craved. at the end, tsukasa tells him that he feels the "opposite", meaning he enjoys being dominated by sakuma and thus their interests align. b/c this is a transactional relationship where each character's twisted needs from past traumas are met by the other, the bartender points out it's not very stable and can end as soon as one partner meets someone who will help them overcome their past trauma. hope this helps explain things !!
