message board: when u go to the person's page and u scroll down u will see a "leave a reply". thats their public message board...(they can see it there but other people can also see it)
i believe is best to unfollow and follow again.

no problem...tell me if it works. if it doesnt, u can go to the support page and report it (but most of the times these kind of errors are fixed in 1-24 hours so i dont think its worth it)
