I know it Chinese so I dont know if it is the same in how they romanize words but for example in Korean a lot of words b and p is basically the same letter, it makes the same sound and is usually inter-changeable just based on personal preference if I had to guess it would be something similar?
Looking at the dex version of this update notice and this site's version did you all notice that dex lists Cappy's name with the letter P and here it is with a B. Why in the world would that happen?
