It wasn't that anything the bodyguard guy wrote came to life, it was that he could see multiple possible futures, and the game's events were one of them. It's also implied that he reincarnated and made the otome game that Lycoris remembers.

Um that's weird. I've read many Isekai myself but the ending was nowhere near what I expected. RW.
I feel like I read too much isekai novels that me reading the manga just becomes pointless, but either way for those interested I can give a basic spoiler of the entire story :D
• During the time Lily mysteriously fainted from magic depletion, she accidentally awoke a hidden character who has the most destructive end to the game.
• The hidden character is also what caused that glass breaking in order to ‘protect’ Lily but because the other students don’t know that, she’s accused of harming others and gets a bad rep.
• Lycoris knows all this and still befriends Lily; earning the devotion and love of Lily
• Eventually Lily gets the chance to choose between the hidden character and Lycoris; she chooses Lycoris and with the aid from teachers and other users, they seal/kill the hidden character.
• As all this played out, the character that appeared near the asian character (the one Lycoris was certain didn’t appear in the original game) is revealed to have certain powers that allows him to see multiple futures -I believe he was then reincarnated and made the Otome game that Lycoris remembers.
