Honestly same dude. I kinda feel bad for the older brother. I'm really curious about his character and hopefully we'll learn more about him later. It sucks though that the bros dont get along since they're all they have left now that dad really isnt in the picture.
And yeah, I think mom was more concerned about her youngest that she didn't pay as much attention to her eldest and so he resents his younger brother and possibly his mom for not giving more of a damn about him.
I'll cry if the reason big bro is so smart is because he tried to get his moms attention by doing well in school（/TДT)/ but idk. Maybe that's not the reason and its smth else. (︶︿︶;)
But still he let his brother's cat go and purposefully hurt him deeply I really can't feel bad for him.
seems to me that older bro was/is nasty to younger bro because he was jealous over younger bro receiving special attention from their mom and that became the biggest influence on their relationship dynamic
