Literally my thoughts exactly! Chang changed his attitude too quick after the accident so i think theres a reason. Howeverrrr I read a small spoiler in the comments and it made me sad.

I think that business card he saw on Ed's table gave him a BAAAAAAD idea.
I think that Chang really treasures Ed.. I'm imagining things where there's a certain situation that will put ed in danger and the only way to protect him is to end his brotherly relationship with chang..things like that..since it is not clear why chang suddenly change his attitude towards ed.. So i think he's secretly protecting him...
