I very doubt In Hun is the kind to kill people, he's not capable of that (he's the kind to advance discretly like snake). He's hypocrite and envious, but he looks too coward to kill someone for his convictions. Plus, he wants to look good and upright in the eyes of people and peasants like Nakyum.
Why would Inhun kill anyone?

I get really bad, dangerous vibes from Sir Inhun. I wonder if we'll get to see what that guy did to Kyum when he first discovered the his art. I'm very worried about what constitutes as "scolded him harshly" in his eyes.
I also get bad, dangerous vibes from Yoon of course, we haven't see Inhun kill anyone. (Yet). But Yoon I'm pretty sure is meant to be a character that changes from here onward. You know, he's supposed to find a better mental place. Cos there's obviously something wrong with him. No totally sane person even back in the days of yore would just cut people down like Yoon does. So his character development is meant to take him upwards. I'm rooting for him.
But yeah anyways I much prefer Yoon over Inhun so while it's PRETTY BAD that Kyum is getting taken advantage of, I'm glad it's with a professional sodomite. HAHAHAHA
