So I just read the update, decided to go looking for the novel. I generally like to read the light novel versions of the manga I find here and enjoy. The novel for this made... an impression to say the least. Before I get to that:
Now for the real reason I gathered you here today...I'd just like to address some of the very big differences between the manga and the novel. As this contains details from the plot that haven't happened yet so I will slap a giant warning on this.

(although tbh I think most of the adult content will be cut)
Anyway, as I started reading the novel...I immediately noticed that the manga left out the honeymoon. Which was a week of nothing but sex. So that's a little different. The further I read the bigger the differences. Namely: -The novel contains a lot of adult content (but it doesn't explicitly describe anything) -Much stronger language -The manga does a lot of editing (for the better)
As for the upcoming plot points that I expect to be cut altogether, that can simply be simplified into:
