Hy! I cant remember the name of a shoujo manga about a prince and a saint? who where married as a way of ceasing the war between two countries, because they were liked by the people I think. The prince was the second in line for the trhone and the saint? was a girl with some medical knowledge and treated and helped soldiers of the two countries I guess. The dont like each other too much but put on a facade that create the image of a "dumb couple" and the FL is compared with a Teru Teru Bozu sometimes.
