King's Maker isn't updated because there is no official translation anymore and fantranslations take longer and are usually updated irregularly.
As for Inner Beauty, I looked it up and there are no chapters for season 2 on the English site which means that the official translation just hasn't started yet.
The only one that was taken down is AMOV (don't spell it out it might get your comment deleted).
My secret Brother/Unstoppable Siblings had an update on mangago two days ago.

Anyways, a series not being updated is no indicator that it might get taken down soon. They take a series down because it could get the site into legal trouble and then it happens immediately. If it just doesn't update anymore that means the uploader or the translator quit and nobody replaced them.
