I agree with your points but there’re lines people won’t breach. I would not bothered with age gap as long as the story set them to meet up as potential lovers since the beginning. This story clearly don’t, for a startup the title blatantly said “my daughter” and that’s why I can’t erase this unsettling feeling that I got. I love this story too but when it’ll no longer following it’s original theme, it’s when I will stop reading.
I see, thanks for answering, but what do you mean by the original theme? For me it's always been their relationship whatever it may be, and from what I remember they don't suddenly jump into a romantic shoujo type manga or anything like that, I feel like at that time its gonna fit the story though I don't know how the manga will handle it haha. And don't worry she is still not gonna develop feelings for him for quite some time until she becomes a teenager like 15 if I remember

It's nice to be flexible though, that way you can enjoy broader range of story (๑•ㅂ•)و✧ when I read a story I have my own assumptions so when it goes on the direction I don't like its hard for me to enjoy it any longer OTL

I agree with you. See if he had act more kind of like a sibling or just a friend from the beginning I would have had no problems with them getting together but since he was kind of acting more like a parent towards her I feel weirded out with them getting together. I mainly came here for father daughter bonding time BUT NOT THAT TYPE OF BONDING.

This is my opinion and feel free to have a discussion with me and state your opinion on the matter if you disagree or agree. I think people are overreacting quite a bit if they are dropping this just because some people said that they start a relationship, yes they do but do you guys know anything else? I was surprised when I learned that they were going to be a thing so I searched around and spoiled myself a lot about their relationship and I can state that this isn't some echi blushing or sexual type shit or anything like that, first of all dale was never really a father figure to her though he perhaps pictured himself as one, she looks at him like a big brother type of figure or something of that agenda, she looked at the innkeeper as more of a father figure then dale as we can read in a lot of the chapters. Also there really isn't much of a age gap when your think of it I mean 11 isn't much when there are mangas with a 20 year old age gap etc, I mean when she's 18 he is 29 witch is very far from a bunch of other mangas age gaps. And to all the people who worry dale is gonna think sexually about her he's not, far from it, If I remember correctly she's gonna be around 15 when she develops feelings for him and she confesses to him, and he isn't some pervert or something he is a proper person so he actually gets a bit disturbed by it and later on when he finally does accept her feelings he swears that he will never touch her sexually in any way or think any perverted thoughts about her until she is over 18 witch and he kept the promise and never did anything of the sort until she was a proper adult and even then I never read a bout him touching her in any way so no need to be worried about some loli hentai shit cuz that won't happen here. of course I dont remember everything I read becuse it's been a while sense I read it but I hope other people will go out and search for some more information for themselfs before dropping this cuz I think you are gonna regret dropping it.
