OMG!!! I am soooooooooo sad and desapointed after reading all that!! How could a story with so SO much potential go to waste like that!!!

I did find Tess kinda annoying and childish when she didn't want the MC to return home and see his family when he had been seperated from them for so long! But I was like 'meh maybe he will find another girl later cause it happens often' and now you all are telling me she will be the downfall of this story ???? WTF! I am OUTRAGED
Anyway, I also agree with someone who commented saying that in shounen and isekai women are usually see as DUMB AF! Like BRUUUUH for real ??? as a woman this always makes me so mad! Like why does she have to be stupid and weakling! It's rare but there are some good manga out there where females are equals to the MC! they work together and all that shit but man it is rare! The least these authors should do is make women strong mentally anyway! I will continue this until I come face to face with all the trouble that will happen

Well the battle he left was supposed to be "safe" he was convinced of that. Sure he was king, but the battles in his old world were mosltly duels, he says that even if he knows strategy he doesn't actually have any "experience" with war. He tought the other were following the plan, there was no reason that his family would be in danger, he was regulary getting into fights with them because he didn't trust them enough, and what he saw was actually really bad. Sure Tessia was not in direct danger but it was a "surprise" attack and on a very large scale. Plus, the reason his subordinate didn't follow his order was because he wanted to betray the whole gouvernement and create his own safe little nest, and Arthur didn't see that coming, I doubt any reader saw that coming. It was hard to read, maybe even poorly written, but it's just a bad moment and the quality comes back after that. But.... Tess stays a thot. If you can't bear Tess, you will just hate her more
