I'm kinda missing the old man, Kabu-san's father, but then again, given the brutality of the series, I'm glad he was given a proper send off, while Nariaki and Nirasawa can finally be fully honest with each other. Ike Reibun-Sensei has really spoiled us on this one, with so many intriguing and complex characters and a solid story.
Strangely enough, I'm especially drawn to Mineishi-san. http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/bi_no_kyoujin_smoke/nmt/tr_chapter-5/pg-6/ Quite the reliable right-hand man, but also a leader in his own right. He's probably straight, but I do hope Sensei can explore his story too. Wouldn't mind another story about Kouki as well. (▰˘◡˘▰)
