i have social anxiety and havent been in school for a year already. my 'best friend' doesnt really care about my stories and talks about herself instead and when i told her i have panic attacks sometimes she said 'no you dont' like wtf.

Oh for me it's not a complaining thing, it's just a huge anxious feeling of thinking ur going to be judged to the point u either start physically shaking or ur heart quickens. Some situations maybe ur shaking so bad u can't stand or afterwards you could start crying.Then what ever happened during that situation may never leave ur mind lmao. It's a real thing, but some people do use it as an excuse, it's annoying cause it's a real condition tho
