in the story everyone said how powerfull she is but apart from having lots of mana she is not as you say, literally all the others characters always walk over her.... and its all so the protagonist can save her lady in peril making her look bad, simila rto how sakura being one of the most powerful kunoichi in naruto she is always the one being saved for plot reasons all thee time

Technically Stella isnt a fire user as it was said earlier in the manga, this manga skipped over it but before the tournament started she went off training with the demon princess (sword loli from earlier) and she realised what shes been missing the entire time, the fire she used till now was just the byproduct of her power
her real power is nature interference (literally being a dragon) she can smack ikkis brother across the stadium with a casual punch, reform broken bones, and call down draconic roars that can melt the entire stadium like its made of icecream on a hot summer day
when she fights ouma (ikkis brother) she stabs herself in the chest with her sword as a trigger to awaken the power inside her and absolutely mops the floor with him

thats good to know, i hope she gets good individual battles for her and that she dont end reduced as a fanservice grilfried character that needs to be always saved by protagonist
after the tournament arc comes the vermillion empire arc. so you can guess, it focuses heavily on her and her family
