Hi so its a omegaverse manga.. The cover photo if i remember is the omega holding a shoe. Haha so the story is the omega have a sex partner which is his beta childhood friend i guess but at some point they stopped doing it. The omega was in heat and the alpha coincidentally went to the omega house and later marked him hahhaending is the beta and omega end up together and had a kid hahha sorry that all i could remember
