Help!

So my memory of this yaoi story is somewhat vague...? What I can recall is that : the ukes likes his straight colleague and the colleague always gave him band aids to cover his hockey at work. One day when as they were going out, the uke met a guy whom he had slept before and that guy had a mole near his mouth. And the three of them going out for dinner together. The mole guy wanted to recruit the uke to work at his company, but the colleague intervene. In the end, the uke and the colleague slept together and started going out. Hopefully someone can help find this manga for me!!
