I forgot the name of this manga but it is about a old (or older) man and he is an adventurer who got his vacation and while he was eating his onigiri fell. He run to it but he fell into a whole where another world lies... he meet an elf girl who was chase by two soldier and he save her from them. But the village of the elf was on famine and many was seek so that is why they need potion to heal those sick. Before the man return to his world (by a pearl?) He gave them meat (from a dragon) and gave all of his healing potion. When he got back he has two (girls) roomate, one is a dragon and other is a slime i think...
