What I'm wondering is if Doyun's highly unusual omega body could be harmed by such a thing as pregnancy when he's barely out of his first heat. It's highly likely that Doyun body has been affected by at least one mutation, possibly during his mother's first few month of pregnancy. Would you still want babies even if it killed Doyun?
