Like that or not, Seungho and Nakyum will be the endgame. But how the story unfolds is what makes it interesting. I too have the feeling that Seungho will die at the end. The ending could be different. That only depends on the author skills to convey their story.

Whether we'd want them to end up as a couple or not, they were meant to meet each other and to develop some strong bond -sexual or romantic, even if this latter seems to be very compromised for now.
The story is focused on them, attraction, hate or fear... everything is related to their interaction as the chaser and the one to be chased... Now, this is the processus of how this will take form that'll be make it interesting -or not.
Love can come from many shapes and it's still to soon to predict how this will end.
