I don't know but the one guy's "shapes" remind me alot of Naono Bohra's art.

It's not Naono's work. :P her art is extremely detailed and fluffy even when it's serious. Hope I helped slightly.. Probably not..

It's an illustration by Kumiko sasaki. Don't know if it's manga or not, but she does illustrations for novels... maybe it's the case o-o
