Chill you could have just wrote it in the tags and find it.
The couple in the cover isn't the main one, hell it's not even the secondary couple, that's why I had so much trouble finding it... I went through the tags multiple times on multiple days but couldn't find what I was looking for simply because the cover is so misleading, so this was my last resort :/
A yaoi manga based in school. The uke is small and fierce(?). He has somewhat big eyes with small pupils and a wide mouth. Looks kind of creepy but in a cute kinda way. Especially when he tries to smile he always looks really nervous and creepy(though the seme is a slut for that smile). He isn't very liked in the school because of how scary he looks, if I remember correctly.
The seme is a typical popular dude. If I remember correctly there was some kind of forcefulness or blackmail between them at the beginning? I also remember there being some scene with lover letters and the uke climbing on top of the shoe lockers to hide or something?
