Exactly xD it made me crack up so bad, but it's creative if the author is doing one of the things where the nation, ethnicity, culture and all is mixed and doesn't mimic any particular nation's. Like an imaginary nation of sorts. Or it could be S Korea, but with imaginary cultural dynamics.
