Yes it’s completed.
Season one is roughly close to the manga, there’s changes but it follows the same basic plot. Season 2 (root A) completely changes the plot and they kinda just do their own thing... it’s okay... not the best and doesn’t really follow character objectives very well.
Season 3, or Tokyo RE goes back to the manga, but lots is left out.

The anime is totally different from the manga. The studio ruined the first and the second season by cutting off a lot of important details. It's like too much going on in one episode yet nothing happens. And the third season was made by another studio so the art and animation change which may cause confusion, personally I think Tokyo ghoul is the worst adaptation of a manga so far. So plz don't waste your time and just enjoy the manga
tokyo ghoul is still not completed . it is not that diffrent from manga. there four season of anime . 3 and 4 were out for long time ago . i recommend you to watch season two and you can shoose yourself if you want to finish it as manga or anime (〜￣△￣)〜

theres season 1, then root a season 2, but theres also re which is like a new season 2 that takes place some time after s1 and replaces root a or something
