hmm yea I see your point but she doesn't have to think positively about ML or think too far to see that ML doesn't want to drink blood. he tells her clearly that he's struggling to restrain himself then she goes and uses that against him for answers, proceeding to cry when ML does take her blood like ??? you ASKED FOR IT. she then takes on this protecting role of the baron dude as if ML was out to hurt the both of them.
A lot of people aren't loving this FL but honestly she's on of the most realistic Leads I've seen in a Vamp story. No one in their right mind is going to have positive feelings towards someone who's attacked them before, already has a bad reputation and is holding/torturing their only friend. Yeah because we see his struggles we know he's pitiful in a few ways but she doesn't and as far as she's concerned she just wants answers and to free her friend. Yeah she's doing a couple of stupid things but the point is that she's not thinking. She's focused on her friend and the fact that the "Blood thirsty" Emperor is in fact not human which I'd guess is rather unusual in this universe.
