I don't think the emperor knows of her gender because he kept referring her as a he, and she can also swap her face time to time.
But from the way the emperor is acting, he might be hiding her gender.

i can't decide if he knows or not about her gender ! in the chapter 9, who did speak about the empress to be, the dragon or the emperor ?? hohoho and i saw the last raw chapters on toonkor and i still can't guess it, even at this step of their relationship !!!! this comic is really nice and i can' wait with this fucking "does he know or not?" lol
