Sex means nothing to Seungho and the devil is in the details...the author has been filling in the clues in every page and scene about how Nakyum is affecting Seungho's behavior.
Sometimes, the lack of scenes in a chapter is also the main clue. This story has had Seungho having sex in every other chapter and they are all long scenes ( even the ones who were not with Nakyum). The fact that the author just showed Seungho sitting there naked and looking bored already says that even if he had sex with anyone else, it was irrelevant. Meaning that if he had sex or not, he wasn't on it, he lost interest.
Seungho will be the last one to notice, realize or admit that he is missing or craving Nakyum so for him, he is rationalizing that Nakyum's illness is just a hassle of a servant that can't serve him. That's why he gets annoyed, because he is feeling something but he doesn't know what it is.
The author needs to follow a pace that will not put Seungho out of character and at the same time show that he is not the same. This chapter is full of very explicit clues that Seungho's mind is occupied with Nakyum. The conversation between doctor and servant, the conversation/gossip among the servants and the comments from Seungho's lovers at the end: Seungho hasn't been fucking around as he used to, he is acting as if he has someone who is monopolizing his body and mind. It's interesting too that Seungho says out loud that Nakyum belongs to him as a property but he is not saying that he fucks him ... either because even Seungho cares about what other nobles will think of him sleeping with a lowborn or because, even if he doesn't admit, he already senses that Nakyum is not the same as those lovers. Maybe both.
I think Seungho's feelings are getting pretty clear. He has fallen in love with Nakyum but tenderness, attachment or any other emotion besides anger, lust or disdain is just not something he recognize.

I also think he didn't like when one of the nobles mentioned that the Painter had a cute face. That seemed to also trigger him. I doubt he will ever let the Orgy Club around the Painter again.

Yaoi love, if you must. Relax. You are taking this story too seriously.

This is not love but obsession and possession.

It's love in Yaoi fiction. Don't take it so seriously.

It’s the typical alpha male who has the right to sleep around but not his partner
