Looking for manga

I’m looking for a manga I read not too long ago! It’s basically about a couple who had been together for a really long time and the seme, I think?, decided it was better for them to break up and get married to try and be “happy”/ have a normal life. The seme did actually get married but eventually divorced, he manages to meet the uke again years later and they eventually get back together and grow old together. I’ve been liking everywhere and I can’t find it! Pls help!
