I think, if the story continues further, Sensei will probaly fall for Seme-san. That's how most romantic yaois end, even if they start out with rape/blackmailing :)

I really don't like the seme. It is clear for the reader that he loves sensei, but sensei doesn't know that and there is no love on his part. So it's basically rape. Had the seme asked sensei, sensei would've declined. The only reason he's doing it is because he's being blackmailed.
But sensei is pretty stupid. Can't deny that.
