I tend to like black haired characters a lot or white haired ones. When a character has curly hair, I tend to be more drawn to them. Oh and if characters have birthmarks, moles, freckles; I'm adoring them. The ones who are puppy dog cute, scary looking, or a pretty grace vibe tend to stray my way.
Guys body type: let's be honest, tiny boys, muscley boys, they be good, all baby boys, but bara titties...gods.
Girls body type: could not care less, they're all goddesses, I love women.
For personality it really depends on the type of character and story.
