Well, cordelia is annoying as fuck as well. Every girls in this kind of Isekai genre are tend to be so fucking annoying and somehow useless in some sense.
that's usually just the writers portrayal, I mean to look as objectively to these kind of things as possible but I will agree with you on one thing and that is that this manga is poortly executed.
There are enough good written ones but sadly the ones that are not that good are the majority, I do recommend you stop the thought that all girls are somehow annoying or useless or you might get yourself stuck in a misoginystic loop of thoughts.
