I scratched my legs pretty bad in middle school.( Wanted to prove a point that I could hurt people if they bullied me ( plz don't judge) so yeah bleed out a lot, went to the hospital, got stiches and now have scars )doesn't take a lot of strength as long as you have the motivation to do damage. It's pretty easy.
Like seriously just how sharp and strong your nails hot go me for you to scratch yourself to a bloody mess!!!
