i may be stretching here, but maybe the king is Karsus father?? Either that or the man who was Sica's Swordsman? Or maybe even both. Hes the only other character who has blue hair, and blue eyes.

I think Karsus is Sica's swordsman. I mean if they can rip the veil, then they can send someone back in time on accident.
