I know this is a manga site but I have a question about an anime that I can't remember except for a clip.
The girl plays as a male avatar online and the male character plays a female character on the same game. Biggest scene I can remember from the clip is that they meet up in real life. Both of them are excited to meet someone of the same gender (Girl who's playing a male character thinks it's another female player. Guy thinks it's a male character playing behind the male avatar).
The girl character starts getting excited about them being into the same anime, shows, and even games wondering what kind of girly stuff they're going to do together. Male wonders about all the manly stuff while getting excited that they're both into the same thing. They both meet up at the same point that they planned and only realize after minutes later that they have the same merch as one another.
It rings a bell that's they're the person they were supposed to meet and start asking each other on why they picked that gender for their avatar.
