Actually if there was more to this story I think it'd become good but it was shortened too much and so much is skipped so he seems like <cough> ' an ass though she should have repremended him, but hey its a oneshot.
I think her hair WAS like his ex's and the girl was insecure and didn't trust his feelings were honestly devoted to HER. Cutting her hair was more like a desperate step on her part to find out if he really liked her or her looks.
