No, his hand is drawn facing the correct way. His index finger looks a bit elongated, but I don't see any other issue. Am I missing it?
To me it looks like he has 2 pinkies. Or maybe op is talking about something else. Either way the hand and arm looks awkward, but in yaoi, accuracy of hands tends to be off.

Could be, could be... we may never know what the OP meant unless they come back to tell us. LOL However, it's kinda fun to pick a few frames apart once in a while. It helps me, who can't draw a staight line with a ruler, get more of a feel for what the mangaka went through to get each scene and frame just right - and what was overlooked by the editing department. (⌒▽⌒)
I have a friend who is an aspiring mangaka and the long hours he spends focused on one page makes even my eyes cross. I can imagine it isn't easy to pick out small errors without the help of a second pair of fresh eyes. I can't give enough credit to all the mangaka, assistants, editors and staff who put so much time and effort into making the works we all love so much.
